The founders of N48 have been involved in many of the landmark recreation facilities built in Western Canada and have delivered projects of this type as far as Iqaluit and New Zealand.

Taio and Rob have led projects across Victoria, Vancouver Island, and the Lower Mainland — from residential towers and tenant fit-outs to schools, civic buildings, offices, and hotels. Sustainability isn't a separate service — it's part of good engineering. We look for practical opportunities to reduce energy use and operating costs, while easing long-term maintenance and meeting each project's performance goals. Where projects pursue certifications such as Step Code, LEED, or net-zero performance, we have the experience to support them.
